Welcome To Rockville Adds Toothgrinder, He Is Legend, Stone Temple Pilots To Lineup

The eighth annual Welcome to Rockville is gearing up for its biggest year yet, and hot on the heals of its initial lineup announcement, it is adding bands. The festival, slated for April 27 through 29 in Jacksonville, Florida, has added Toothgrinder, He is Legend, a reformed Stone Temple Pilots (with new singer Jeff Gutt), and Wolf Alice to the event.
