Supporting underground metal since 2006

Seas Of Wake released their debut album “Virology” in November of 2011. Since then, the band has played dates on the Mayhem festival with Slipknot and Slayer as well as shows with Whitechapel, Born Of Osiris, Unearth and many more! The band will be embarking on an East coast tour this fall with exact dates and venues to be announced, but you can stay up to date with happenings on their Facebook page and Official Website.

Today everyone here at SkullsNBones is proud to have the EXCLUSIVE premiere of their new video for “Dying Of Humanity.” When asked about why the chose this song above the others for the video they replied, “Since our album is a concept that revolves around the death of a loved one, we felt the need to finally put a visual to the story. Dying of Humanity has every element musically and lyrically that best represents that emotion of the entire record. It is meant to portray a cocktail of different emotions and we feel our entire crew of directors, actors and lighting did a phenomenal job capturing all of them.

The guys also want to thanks to the fans for going above and beyond on their Kickstarter campaign that truly made this video happen. “We have always been fortunate to have amazing fans, after launching our kickstarter and seeing the amount of feedback and support it became very clear our fans wanted a visual for the song as much as we did. We had constant support throughout the entire process, and honestly without them the completion of our music video would have been delayed. We look forward to giving everyone their money’s worth, for this video and everything in the future. This video is not only for us, but for our fans.

Dig it? Want more? What about new stuff? We only get a hint from the band, “Since “Virology’s” release we’ve been constantly writing new material. Honestly we have so much music and we’re just trying to figure out which parts work with what and we’re always jumping from song to song. Since there is no set release date or time frame for a new album we decided to put out a new song called “ Welcome the Blistering” in order to give everyone a taste of the future and keep everyone happy. But with all the confidence in the world we can say that the next album will be very tasty, a bit heavier and geared towards a little bit of a new direction.

During the past two years, in which they describe as amazing, the future is truly bright for these guys and they have their hard work and the fans to thank for that. “We would just like to express to the fans, that we would be nowhere without their undying support. Every ounce of support from you guys go miles for the band. For that you all have our eternal love and gratitude.
