New Charred Walls Of The Damned Video on

It’s been months since Charred Walls Of The Damned gave the world a brief taste of their upcoming video, but fans needn’t wait any longer. Their new video for the song “Zerospan” made its debut on, presumably due to the grotesque (and awesome!) imagery in the video. Mike Schiff, who edited and directed Charred Walls Of The Damned’s previous video for “Ghost Town,” also directed and edited “Zerospan” along with Sean McEwen, and the gory special effects and makeup were done by Pete Gerner and Brian Spears of G & S Effects.

Charred Walls Of The Damned founder Richard Christy commented on the themes present in the “Zerospan” video:

“I’m so excited that fans will finally be able to see the “Zerospan” video after many months of hard work! For fans of horror like myself, this video is the perfect mix of technological horror and all out brutality. The ‘Zerospan’ video is like a mini horror film and the story follows the lyrical subject matter perfectly and creates a haunting vision of a man absorbed by the world’s ever growing technology. What it comes down to, though, is that it’s pretty much just a kick ass heavy metal video! Big thanks to Mike, Sean, Brian, Pete, Bryan, Metal Blade, and everyone who helped make this video awesome!”
