The You Rock Foundation is an online platform for instilling hope and love by publishing videos of popular bands testifying about their personal demons, how they fought them, and how they won. So far we’ve seen very personal interviews with Ben Weinman Of The Dillinger Escape Plan, Corey Taylor and Jesse Leach, and today we have a new clip with Jonathan Davis. The KoRn front man speaks on his anxiety, depression, panic attacks, PTSD, schizophrenia, and substance abuse. More importantly in this video, he discusses what helped him through it, explaining how much medication, therapy, exercise, and creative outlets for self-expression like music make a difference. The clips shows that even though you may have sold around 35 million albums worldwide, sell out venues in minutes, and are living the “dream,” personal demons exists in us all. Much respect to Jonathan Davis for opening up about these issues for The You Rock Foundation! Watch it below!
