The great Enslaved returned to New York City with Amon Amarth and Skeletonwitch on Tuesday night, and performed a massively powerful set for those in attendance. Since it was a direct support slot, the set was shorter than many wanted, but any time you get to see this band live, you enjoy every moment. They proved, once again, why they’ve lasted in the scene for over twenty years and are still growing a fan base at a rapid pace.
Before their set I got to sit down with front man Grutle Kjellson for a quick chat on the current tour, the band’s long career and future material from the legends! Enjoy it below, along with our exclusive live photos from their New York City set by Max R. Sequeira!
