The excitement around the tenth anniversary voyage of 70,000 Tons of Metal is palpable. With a kick-off announcement including Emperor set the tone, and our friends with the cruise continue to turn up the heat.

The most recent announcements include death metallers Origin and black metal’s Einherjer.

The 2020 installment of 70,000 Tons of Metal will take place January 7-11 on the Independence of the Seas. It will travel to Cozumel, Mexico, and back, and it will feature 60 metal bands playing twice over the course of the trip. For more information, visit www.70000tons.com !
