The 70,000 Tons of Metal cruise is many things, and one of the unique aspect is the special, one-time performances that take place. Last year featured Swallow the Sun playing three sets (the first band ever to do so on the cruise) including their three-part Songs from the North album. This year, there is plenty to be excited about, including Fleshgod Apocalypse premiering their new album, Tiamet playing Wildhoney, Soulfly performing Roots, and a new surprise from Onslaught.
Onslaught have announced that their second set on the both will be curated by fans. Want to hear a particular Onslaught song? Visit this Facebook page and cast your vote!
Following is this week’s scorecard.
Mors Principium Est
Rage (featuring Lingua Mortis Orchestra)
Fleshgod Apocalypse (New album premiere)
Unleash the Archers
Visions of Atlantis
Soulfly (Return to Roots)
Tiamet (Wildhoney Show)
The Black Dahlia Murder
