It isn’t surprising that a day-and-a-half of metal shows on 70,000 Tons of Metal can be exhausting. Waking up in a tropical location like Labadee, Haiti, is a welcome reprieve, whether you want to lounge on the beach or take an excursion.
This year, we opted for the beach where white sand led to crystal clear water while zip lines whizzed above. There was music, drinks, and plenty of sunshine. Afterward, we regrouped on the boat for another night full of raging metal with our international friends.
